"Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was a good size, especially for London. There was an event downstairs until late with loud music, which made it hard to sleep. Shower a little temperamental. But overall, it’s a nice hotel in a great location. "

"Property is nice, BUT, getting to and from property is expensive. Taxi 30 GBP each way, public transport (703)1.50 GBP each way 1km walk. Terminal bus 12gpb each way. For the casual traveller don’t do it. Stay at terminal 2 hotels."
