"This is lovely property. Simple in it’s furnishings but adequate for our needs. Quiet room in a court yard, tea coffee hot chocolate , biscuits and water provided. Ate in the restaurant too and the food was good. Staff friendly would visit again. "

"It’s actually 4.5/5. Lovely room, comfy bed, lots of hot water and a fantastic view. Very friendly to both humans and our dogs. Room very clean, downstairs floor less so, but so much mud being brought in….. The only negative is the cooked breakfast, eggs lovely, bacon and sausage less so. Most delicious chocolate croissants I’ve ever had though!"

"This is a family run hotel in a Victorian building. Our room was really large with a high ceiling with a sea view on the ground floor. Staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to resolve a couple of small issues with the room. The hotel has a spa and also provides evening entertainment even in low season when we visited. We had a really nice stay and the room was good value. Breakfast was also very nice The location is excellent. If you want four five star then this may not meet your...
