It was the best hotel stay I think I’ve ever experienced. Beautiful property and even better people working there. So grateful to sweet Jaci and the rest of the lovely staff at the Louisville Omni! "Hotel itself was very good. It was clean and the staff was helpful. It is a short walk to Whiskey Row. Area around the hotel is ok during the day, but definitely suspect at night and the early morning."

"In general this was a good stay. Unfortunately there were some homeless people in the area and a couple were noticed sleeping on the bench outside the property. Parking is limited as well. Inside the property is well maintained and clean. Staffing was limited at the front desk but no major problems or concerns ruined our stay. "
