"This was an amazing place to stay on Lake Livingston!! From the layout of the house, the tree house for the kids, the boat dock and the fishing was outstanding! "The beds were comfortable and the house had all the basic necessities. The game room, water equipment, and outdoor furniture were in a pretty bad state of disrepair. There was some dirty silverware in the kitchen drawer, a couple of drops of dried blood on the master shower curtain, a glob of something questionable on the shower wall, and someone’s hair tangled in one of the living room throw blankets. But overall this rental had everything we needed and after we cleaned up a little, we enjoyed...

"Plenty of activities for all the kids. However there were a lot of fragile decorations around we had to hide so the kids wouldnt break them. The lake was nice and full and easy to launch the pedal boats and kayaks from the dock. The older kids had a blast pedalling around. The place feels secluded and woody. Great stay. "
