Find Hotel with a Concierge in West Jakarta

"Love the hotel and will come back. I was introduced to the Mulia brand before this and truly enjoyed my stay. My only feedback is breakfast window that is required, not very convenient for us. We are visiting for a vacation and want to be able to just relax. It wasn’t very relaxing with breakfast. Overall the service was outstanding and staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. "Found a cockroach in my room. Linen dont look very clean. The manager was apologetic. The staff was reasonable to me during my stay and i didnt get any rude treatment. Theres a club in the hotel with loud music. I booked this hotel for my transit through Jakarta. I wouldnt stay for extended nights or with family."

"I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,"
