"Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. Breakfast was decent, staff was helpful and responsive. They have a casino next to the hotel which is free for all Novotel guests so something to explore and a freebie ;) "

"Enjoyed the variety at breakfast. The hotel were really helpful for us as my husband unfortunately feel ill during our stay. They were quick to arrange for a doctor and arranged everything to make us comfortable. The duty manager and guest services were great. Thank you to all staff for everything. Really appreciate it."
