"We got incomplete check in instructions, we could get in the gate to the apartment complex but had no code to get into the apartment itself. I ended up having to call the apartment manager, The apt was very clean, but could use a little bit of sprucing up in the bedroom and bathroom with nicer bed linens and bedroom rug.
