"Love the lodge, everyone is so friendly and kind. We love sitting and watching the lake, coffee and tea is always available.. rooms are spacious and clean. Honestly though not a fan of the food at breakfast- or the price of the room. it’s expensive and we love to come and stay but not in our budget to do more than once a year. "

"I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future."

"We had a great time, with a warm room, nice whirlpool tub, good shower and sauna. I also liked the breakfast. But the only major thing that bothered us was kids running around in the lobby after 10 pm, and neither the hotel staff nor the kids' parents were doing anything about it. This was extremely annoying. Also, I wish we had known in advance that you have to call to get a room with a whirlpool tub: they told us this only when we checked out.....they said it wasn't possible to do online (not...
