"We had a lot of laughs, playing games, went snow shoeing at Goosebury Falls. The layout of the cabin was fantastic with the separated bedrooms and their own bathroom. The view of sunrise and sunsets on the lake was also incredible."

"This was our second stay at Camp Amnicon. We stayed in Quietude last year, but booked Sunset this year because the three new ones weren’t available. It was great!! We think we might like sunset/sunrise better because they feel much more private, and we didn’t need the bigger space of the newer cabins. So cozy - we love the fireplace! "

"Stayed 2 nights and had a lovely time in the Amnicom river area. Beautiful hiking on the grounds from the cabin and a near drive to the Amnicom Falls State Park. Close enough to Duluth to drive in and visit as well.It was about 20-25f our entire stay and the propane heater worked really well. We had no complaints about the cabin feeling cold. The bathroom being detached from the cabin was. a bit rough in the cold but manageable.Overall it was wonderful and EXACTLY as advertised in the YouTube...

"Really great location on a pretty quiet lake. Local bar has great food including Saturday night prime rib. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Common space isn’t large but very well laid out to make it comfortable for a family of four. Outside space is wonderful with good privacy and Great Lake views. Roughly 50 minutes to the Superior shore and all the parks. You really feel like you’re away from it all. "

"I really enjoyed this little cabin. Though i wish there was better cell phone service it was a peaceful get away. Having the beach a short mile walk away was a perk. It is slightly inconvenient to have to walk to the showers and there isnt much for privacy "

"We really enjoyed the space. The younger people enjoyed the pin ball machine, the sauna, and the hot tub. My husband and I appreciated the kitchen and two refrigerators. Plenty of space to cook and make family meals. We also enjoyed the ample seating as card games were able to include everyone easily at the same table. Nice large dining room table to seat at least ten, maybe even 12 depending on ages."

"Blissful!! My partner and I stayed for a weekend to see the fall colors, and although it was dreary and rainy, it was absolutely beautiful and incredibly cozy! Had everything we could need, and it was super nice to be able to unplug and truly get away, with other luxuries readily available. Couldn’t have asked for a better place, and we will definitely be back! "

"My fiancé and I spent a wonderful weekend here in total relaxation and peace. I couldn’t remember the last time we’d been somewhere that doesn’t have the constant subtle hum of a fridge or electricity. This cabin has everything you truly need and the hosts are so thoughtful. We felt safe, happy and proud of ourselves for the tech break! Beautiful river front and trails right in front of you. Wonderful!"

"Absolutely perfect stay! John and Lori were incredibly accommodating to our family during our stay at the cottage. They had an ice rink plowed, bonfire ready to light, and welcome basket in the kitchen. The cottage was so tidy and clean. There were tons of games and toys for our children to enjoy.
