"Wasnt bad. When we got into our room there was no ftidge or microwave which shocked us. Went down and asked since we were staying for 2 days we for sure wanted those. The front desk guy did get us a different room. But he also was like did you make a mess in the first room. Told him no we were literally in there less than 5 minutes. He goes im going to check. Which I thought was rude but fine go ahead. Got in new room only 2 towels there were 4 of us staying but i was like ok whatever. Next...

"The element is in a pretty good location if you want to do some shopping at the mall nearby or if you need to run to Walmart or Target quick it’s all in a central location. Plenty of options to choose from for eats around this location. Pretty easy to get to from the interstate. They have a small indoor pool that was family friendly. "Ashley did an excellent job checking us in and accommodating our needs so that we could have the most comfortable start before our flight! She even brought in a cot for our daughter so efficiently that she was barely in the room and it was already set up! Breakfast of eggs, sausage, oatmeal and so much more was hot and ready by 6am! We would definitely stay again! "
