"Very quiet area right on the Brazos river. Great fishing and relaxing surroundings. "

"My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas...

"This cute little house was exactly as the pictures showed. Decorated so cute and very roomy. The only negative I have is there were several broken windows, taped up, broken blinds and the yard and landscape was very unkept."

"It was isolated, quiet, lots of wildlife sounds from the patio. Great place to go recharge. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. Great table for games. It had changed from the description, we were going to have the boys stay on the living room during, that was advertised. However only one in the house was upstairs in the girls room. We were a lil disappointed in that, but made due.The couches were really comfy to sit on, but not to sleep on because they have the individual seating....

"Secluded home in a nice neighborhood! We loved the views out the picture windows! The hot tub, screened porch and outdoor fire pit area made our stay even more enjoyable! The extra thoughtful touches of the snacks and games and plenty of tissues, paper towels, soaps and shampoos made this home one of our favorites!! Thank you! :) "

"As a whole, the property was nice enough. Just be aware that you have to open a gate in order to get onto the property; this could be problematic when raining or at night. The gate area is lighted, but you have to be sure to leave the light on on the porch or you will not be able to see where you are going vewell"

"Property wasn't clean and internet didn't work. Spiders and spider webs were plentiful. Refrigerator wasn't clean and house was dusty. We had to spend the first 3 hours cleaning. "

"What an amazing place, off the road a bit tucked back by the river, we hosted our sons rehersal dinner and provide lodging for his wedding for family. It was amazing. Everything was perfect, communication was quick and we will definitely br back this summer to enjoy the pool. TOTALLY RECOMMEND "
