"Great welcome here and well-equipped room. Very helpful and caring hosts make you feel "at home". Location is perfect ... on the edge of town, opposite the museum, and an easy walk to many restaurants and shops, including great fish and chips at Whites. Room 3, however, is better for one than two, having limited space around the bed and a lock, unlock, lock, unlock precess to use the bathroom down the corridor. Bathroom is not serviced during visit. The "quilt" is unusually heavy and firm."

"Had a lovely stay, room was really lovely, everything was catered for although could have done with some instructions for the TV !! Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely accommodation including spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen which is useful. More than ample parking which is free. In great proximity for Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar, Longleat etc, 5 min drive to nearest pub restaurant. Friendly owners. Recommended."

"Room was excellent and Hospitality was the best i have had. Karl really went the exra mile to make sure everything from the room to your breakfast was perfect. Will 100% stay here again and i would even say this was soo much better than alot of hptels i have stayed in. "

"It has no restuarant or bar meals and nearest pub/eatery is miles away. Rooms are clean and recently painted but otherwise tired. Plumbing is a bit suspect."

"Grounds and buildings are simply beautiful. Renovated very tastefully and everything you need. Jenni is a truly lovely person and as a host was just fantastic. She went above and beyond for our stay. We booked accomodation for bridal party for the night before wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenni even ensuring we were topped with refreshments while getting ready for the wedding. Our hair dresser, make up artist and photographer were welcome and the area made beautiful photos. Worth...

"the one downstairs bedroom had no view which was sad, but no stairs, which was good! The TV was faulty and was fixed the next day, but then stopped working again. The breakfasts were amazing. The public car park was up a steep hill and pricey. The hotel had no out-side space, but the beautiful public gardens were very close"

"Good use of a small space, with a particularly attractive upper storey. Comfortable. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Parking is secure and it's extremely close to the Tor as well as to Glastonbury town centre - useful when visiting on a very rainy day! There is heavy traffic on the adjacent road, so if you're not used to this ear plugs might be useful (at least in the upstairs bedroom)."
