"We stayed here for eight days in October with two couples, both 60+. Everything about the villa was as advertised and more. Especially the living and dining rooms are large and comfortable, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the beds very comfortable, all the amenities excellent, and the hosts were always available and kind and helpful. Montfoort is centrally located and it was wonderful after a busy day of sightseeing to come “home” and not have to unpack but just relax. Highly recommended...

"Het huis is op zichzelf mooi, ruim en met veel servies en keukenspullen maar op een aantal punten niet goed onderhouden. Een beneden slaapkamerraam heeft geen gordijnen en het buiten rolgordijn is stuk (er staat een buitenlamp die brandt voor dat raam), de radiatoren in de woonkamer werken niet goed, de grote oven van het fornuis is stuk (er is wel een kleine over maar met een grote groep niet erg handig) en zo zijn er meer kleine dingen. "Het huis was groot en netjes, de huisregels waren duidelijk. Het zwembad was vervangen door kunstgazon, bij de boeking stond er nog een foto met zwembad, ze hebben ons niet op de hoogte gebracht wat een tegenvaller was, het was mooi weer en de kleinkinderen keken er naar uit!!!"

"The house is nicely located in a quiet resort with lake view. Very clean! You have to bring your own towels or rent them! The kitchen is equipped for 10 people eating but the cooking equipment is not. The pots and pans are very small. Never was able to figure out how to keep the oven on for more then 5 minutes.
