"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season. "

"Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay."

"Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall."

"We always enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and only a few miles from the beach. Easy drive to restaurants in Ocean City and Rehoboth. It is a pet friendly rental. Carpets might benefit from a deep clean. "

The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! "Overall, we loved this home. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for eating/playing/sleeping. House is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and the linen rental made it very easy. Location was great for ease of access to the beach/Fenwick/Ocean City, as well as some groceries and restaurants.
