"I stayed for almost 2 months during an internship. I was honestly so sad to leave, and this booking is actually one of the reasons that Accept a job offer. The neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is great to walk in and you’ll see everyone walk in the mornings and afternoons. When contacting the host, they answered super quick, and we’re so nice. It was plenty of supplies, and I felt right at home. My one and only complaint is that the house definitely hasnt had a deep clean in a while....

"My husband and enjoyed a few days in Austin and loved our stay at Sterling Serenity. The home is spacious and comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is very well stocked. My husband appreciated the desk/office area so he could work conveniently. The front and back porch have plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors if you have time. The neighborhood is a mix of new and older homes but quiet and friendly with deer roaming in the morning band evenings. We would definitely consider next...

"The house is magnificent. However, when entering, immediately noticed filthy stained living room furniture. The more we explored, the more grossed out we were. Tried to get quick nosh together — became a contest of who found the most ridiculous situation. Dead lizard in a bowl definitely won! We had to throw every single dish, glass, pan, utensils, etc., into dishwasher. Cobwebs filled with bugs everywhere. Carpets dirty or stained. Corners of rooms and sliding door tracks were filled with dirt...

"Quiet, steps are steep getting up to the place. Back drive is best way to get in. Front drive is only accessible from one direction. It was a good thing my brothers and sisters were able to get up the steps."

"Quiet house on a heavily wooded lot with a refreshing pool. Unique older house with a lot of character. Clean and everything in good working order for an older home. Close to downtown. We've stayed here multiple times and we'll be back again. back."

"We were very pleased with the location and the ability to relax in the mornings with a long music day. I would stay again, however, for improvements the owners need to make the technology a bit simpler. Never was able to just get local tv downstairs and the iPad to work the AC was not able to open. Rentals need instructions and if your management company says they are available 24/7 then someone needs to pick up the phone. We waited the 24 hours to get answers and never got a fix. "
