There were only minor drawbacks: there was no hairdryer in the room, but we asked at reception, and they brought one to us. "This was my second trip to Hotel Berlin and it won't be my last. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoy using the gym and the breakfast selection is very good. Staff are very helpful and they did an amazing job to help my mother celebrate her birthday and overcome her mobility issues."

"Quick, courteous check in A minor issue with our room was dealt with instantly and satisfactorily. Great room - comfortable and large - with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."
