"Staff are always pleasant and asking if they can help you. Always greeted with a hello or good bye. In walking distance to Aquarium, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail. Great places to eat in the area and the Pub right next door was an added bonus. The water bottles and filtered water on every floor is a nice touch. The coffee/expresso machine in the lounge was broken the two days we were there which was a disappointment. Second time staying at this property and would definitely return. Both times upgraded to stay in a suite with a kitchenette and felt it was very roomy. "

"Great hotel. Beautiful rooms, spacious and very clean with beautiful views on the harbor side. Casino and restaurants on site, but could use a few more breakfast options. Convenient shuttle to Chinatown every 20 minutes. Easy self parking. Friendly courteous and professional staff. Clean and spacious gym with plenty of equipment.. Ate at RED8, Frank's, Giardino and Wine and Cheese. Looking forward to going back and trying other restaurants. "
