Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. My remarks - one of the steps leading to the bathroom had a torn off carpet, so it was sliding. There was a little bit of dust here and there. Other than these, my stay at The Stag was very enjoyable. "

"I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was serviced and I did not need to ask The room was huge with a great view of the garden The shower cubicle was the nicest I have seen. One area for improvement the WiFi, the codes were impossible even if you got the right one! The WiFi worked fine when reception put the code in but when it dropped of that was that."

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
