"I really want to give this hotel the full five stars - it was such a wonderful place for us to stay while in Salzburg! Unfortunately, the hotel is right next door to a bar/pub and the sound traveling to our room from its customers made it difficult to sleep well. I recommend bringing a sound machine with you if you plan to stay here. Seriously though - the hotel itself was absolutely amazing!! The facility was great and the breakfast was soooo delicious!"

"Old vintage charm. A very old well built home. Johannes welcomed us warmly. Comfortable beds, simple yet yummy breakfast. Lots of catholic pictures and images. Easy walk to restaurants and the buses. "

"The property was excellent and the staff was wonderful! The area is a very small village but its very walkable, and has a quaint vibe about it. The staff was excellent, and though I didnt speak a great deal of German, and they didnt speak a great deal of english, they were very friendly, and even one very nice lady in the mornings was able to teach me some.German. This is a very nice place for a relaxing experience that near a large town, but still out of the way. "

"Amazing hotel in the small town of Bad Vigaun. Very modern, great shower, very comfortable bed, and nice private balcony. Breakfast included and great service and recommendations from Sigrid were wonderful."

"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"This may have easily been our favorite stay of our entire European Christmas Market trip. Felt more like home or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Guesthouse is very appropriate. Walking distance to just about everything and when it wasn't there was great public transportation or Uber. Breakfast was amazing and they even had a honor system for cold drinks. "Great stay for families. Spacious rooms with Kitchenette was so helpful. King size bed, and the sofa bed was comfortable. Rooms were super clean. Laundry facilities with complimentary detergent was such a help. Excellent communication with management."

Smart, well-maintained hotel

"Smart, well-maintained hotel within easy walking distance of the Altstadt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The ‘Keller’ and Skybar/restaurants offered different but equally pleasing atmospheres and the food in both was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable."

"Amazing hotel if you need to be close to the regional train station, literally 2 min walk. New and very cute place, the service is great, they let us hang out in the lobby even past our check out, as we booked a late train and everything was pretty much closed for Christmas at 1 pm. Highly recommend!"
