"The host was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and it had easy access to public transportation. The mini fridge was stocked with sandwiches, snacks and drinks which was great. The other reviews were right about the stairs, they were steep but it wasn't an issue for us. I would stay again."

"Beautiful room with excellent facilities. Very handy for the centre of Amsterdam and easy to get to from the airport. Trams every 4 minutes to the centre. Gerry Petra’s husband was great and told us a lot about the area and could not have been more helpful. The house is perfect to stay in in a quiet street right next to Vondelpark. We shall definitely come back and look forward to doing so very soon. An altogether wonderful experience. "

"Great location on a lake a short 30 minute drive to Amsterdam. The apartment was perfect for our family of five after a two week trip through Europe. Clean, spacious and attentive stafff. The restaurant on property was just what we needed when we arrived. Lots of other dining optoins in the area as well. At reecption the staff was very helpful with tips of traveling into Amsterdam."
