"We had a wonderful 4 days/nights at Cozy Cottage. Perfectly named, well appointed decor and comfortable beds. Perfect for families. The fire pit, kayaks and conoe along with the string lights and sitting areas to watch the wood ducks and beaver family was the perfect way to decompress from the rat race."

"The property is exactly like the pictures indicate. The house is in a friendly neighborhood outside of town. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The host responds to your messages in timely manner, and, she is very workable. Would definitely stay there again "

"This was the shortest overnight just to rest our heads before an early awakening for a morning hike. If I had know about this place when my children were small this would have been our go to spot for our annual vacations. Beautiful location. Completely kid friendly house. When you walk in it has that damp smell and you think, oh no, is this going to be ok? "Perfect sized house for our entire family! Less than 5 minutes from Okemo. Enough space for everyone, large bedrooms and the downstairs was awesome for kids to run around in. Nice little hill in yard for sleigh riding and very nice view. Would defiantly stay here again."

"From the moment we booked the communication from the booking agency was great. When we arrived our entire family felt at home and it was beautiful! The amenities were very welcomed after having very limited resources in other rentals. We cooked each night, there were tons of games for fhe kids and us, and the location was perfect. "All in all it was a great trip. The place was very cute and as described. The upstairs bedrooms are not for light sleepers as the walls only go so far up so they are not really divided. I had read this in other reveiws but honestly for us it wasn't a problem. We went as a family group and it was kind of nice to be able to lay in bed and talk to the others in the room next to you. When we got there the hot tub was so hot that we were not able to get in. Maybe a problem with the thermostat but...
