"This property makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet you are close to so much! Host left snacks and beverages in the fridge. Felt very comfortable here! We didn’t get to enjoy some wine by the campfire, so I’m hoping we can stay here another time!"

It was a little further from the Gettysburg battlefield than I would have preferred but it was the closest I could find that offered 4 beds which we needed. "This place is lovely. It feels very rustic and tucked away, but it is so close to so many things! Everything about the place itself was so intentional. We loved the record player, the gas fireplace, the fan/space heater in the bedroom! "The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. "
