"have no complaints. I went for a funeral so I was only in the room and restaurant. That said the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were pleasant and some may benefit from a customer service training or something. I did get an unauthorized charge on my credit card and I must admit initially I don’t think they were going to take it off but I had the receipts to prove that it wasn’t my charge and they said it would be refunded. "Dining options were limited and room service couldn’t be ordered from the room via phone or online. Breakfast buffet food was not great. Week nights were quiet in the hotel but it was different on weekends with kids running in the hallway and loud talking and music playing as well. "

"Every single employee we passed or interacted with during our stay was extremely polite and friendly. From the gentlemen greeting us at the curb, to the valet, front desk, bartender, and housekeeping. Staff was knowledgeable about policies, accommodations, and recommendations for various dining and experiences in the area. The hotel was always very clean and smelled pleasant. Highly satisfied with the quality of our stay"
