"Three 50/60 something couples (with two dogs) got together for our annual reunion. Mid-October 24. The house did great for our event but would work well for a family trip as well. The place was very clean when we got there. Communication was great with homeowner/manager. It is a great house, well-appointed with: -Top notch access to beach -Elevator -Pool table -Hot tub -In ground pool -Good kitchen with lots of space and pots and pans -Large dining table -Quiet reading room -Large decks -Appreciate that it is dog friendly -Beach chairs are there but getting to the end of their life -Tons of boogie boards -Very helpful beach wheelbarrow to get the stuff down and back "

"This was the first VRBO house i have ever rented that I didnt need to go buy anything for. Very well stocked with everything you may need. The pool was absolutely amaxing and the brach was so close! The hot tub was so nice for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun.Will book this place again for sure!"

"Exactly as listed, I’ve been coming to Avon yearly for decades, (anyone have a nice place for sale?) This property is right on 12 basically as soon as you get into town. Walking distance to the beach and Froggy Dogs. The pool table and arcade games on the first floor are a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again. "

"I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to be handicap accessible. "This property was very impressive. Loved the view from the top floor. The bathrooms were very clean. The broken microwave was replaced while we were there and did not inconvenience us at all. Also loved the safety gate at the top level. Only suggestion would be to put blow dryers in the bathrooms, at least one each level. And the only handicapped bathroom was on the bottom level which was a little crowded With the pool table and foosball table and it was difficult to Get to the washer and dryer and bathroom.get to. "
