"We came to town for pool tournament. House was clean and comfortable. Thank you! We accidentally locked ourselves out and reached out for help and had great assistance. "

"We had a great week with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the upstairs/downstairs separation made it easy for the adults to socialize after the kids were asleep. There's a big yard to play in, plenty of parking, fishing from the dock, canoes and kayaks, reading on the deck overlooking the river, and lots of games. The grandkids loved the pool. It's a short drive to Shawano for stores, restaurants, parks, and the lake. Definitely recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at River’s Reverie. The house and property were perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river while watching the birds and squirrels. The drive to Granite Peak was about 15 minutes which made it easy to go back and forth. We hope we can come back next year!"

"I stayed here as a base for hiking the ice age trail and found it to be fantastic. The location was awesome, so close to the trail. The house was cute, cozy and well equipped and very comfortable. It is super nice that it’s also dog friendly! The owner is super responsive and helpful. I’ll be back!!"

"This is a new listing and fully renovated home, so it is rare to find a rental so clean and in top condition. Everything inside, including furniture and appliances, appears to be all new and high quality. It's a beautiful place inside with some luxury touches. "We were there for 3 nights. Very welcoming, clean and convenient. Had everything we needed. Teenagers loved the lower level. The kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and friendly."

"Family of 6 adults in the area for a funeral, and this was the perfect space! The property was comfortable and spacious with an incredible view of the river. Photos accurately represented the property, including amenities. Conveniently located near several of our destinations. The beds were all so comfortable, and the sectional was the perfect spot for nap. Highly recommend this property for families. "

"We brought our 91 yo mom on a fall getaway. We all enjoyed watching the lake and treeline change throughout each day depending on the sunlight. We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We played board games at night on the big table. Two of us went kayaking which was fun & easy to launch from & return on the sandy beach. The location was convenient for daytrips to Phillips and Timms Hill. "Anthony was a very gracious host, and the house/property/amenities were above and beyond other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. We had a very cozy stay in the middle of winter, and it was a treat to wake up to a sunrise over the frozen lake in the morning. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to come back someday to enjoy the kayaks."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay. House was very clean and in great shape. All plates and utensils were clean. The porch was a hit and where we spent most of our time. Lake was too low to use our boat but had took beautiful walks and played at the park in tomahawk. Wonderful experiences!"

"This is not our first stay here and we will continue until Alex won't have us anymore! The house is immaculate and has everything we could ever need for our weekend stay. Alex is always available in the event we need something or can't find it in the house, even stopping over to refill the toilet paper, which you need with six women in a house!
