"The house was very spacious! Our team was really happy to be able to stay all together instead of spreading out in a hotel! And less expensive! Very easy to communicate with the owner. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for location/neighborhood was the parking. We had 7 cars so had to shuffle around a little so we weren’t parking on the side of the road. We were laughing about how big the closets were upstairs, they were like another bedroom!! Awesome place to stay for a bigger group!"

"My family (9 adults) stayed at Sunset Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and full of all the amenities a large group would need. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and the view was lovely ... A bird watchers paradise. The host promptly responded to all questions and issues. My family and I are hoping to return next summer to further explore the lakes and outdoor activities."

"We were two couples in town for an impromptu three-day getaway. We chose the house due to its location and the fact that it had more than one bathroom. This is a large, older home that has a shared driveway, which was fine for the one car we had. The home is charming and well decorated. The window treatments, however, were very sheer, which did not provide much privacy. "Our party of three had a great experience at this property. Plenty of room, good layout and great location. Everything was well-stocked, clean and the owner communicated well. ( The basement was great - spent way more time with the video games, darts, and ping pong than planned!) Only downsides are little things others have mentioned - maybe a little better upkeep outside, especially the screened in porch. Shower pressure isn’t quite as good when both are running at the same time but didn’t...
