"The property was perfect for myself, my husband and our cocker spaniel. It was comfortable and cosy with a lovely bed and great shower. Communication with the owner, Christina, was perfect. Everything we could have wanted was available at the property including treats for the dog. We enjoyed visiting some lovely towns and villages in the area. Unfortunately the stormy weather stopped us from going walking as there are many footpaths nearby. We would certainly return to this property. "

"Lovely little cottage, perfect location with walking distance to the town centre (10/15mins), had a lovely weekend celebrating my partners birthday just what we needed to have a break and relax. The cottage was lovely especially the fire in the evenings as it got a bit chilly in the cottage, we really enjoyed our stay"

"Super cottage that had everything you could need. Comfortable beds with great quality bedding (my pet hate is synthetic bedding) so I was happy. Great position for visiting the wonderful independent shops in Woodbridge and country walks."

"Excellent location, right in the heart of Lavenham, stands this beautiful, authentic cottage. Perfect accommodation for a family or two couples as there are two toilets and two well resourced communal living. The kitchen and laundry room were very well equipped and made our stay very comfy. The only area for improvement was the check-out time of 10:00 am on a Sunday morning (with a van load of cleaners eating outside to enter the property) this made our departure feel rushed. "

"We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at Harkstead Hall. The house is beautiful. Spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a fun stay with friends. I went prepared with all the usual kitchen essentials but found that it was not needed. Dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, it was all there. "A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."
