"Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. "Stay was not pleasant. Rental had a bad smell, alarm went off in utility room and then water stopped working on last day so had to leave a day early. Texted /called Vacasa several times over multiple days but never got a call back. On one of my callbacks I was told there was nothing they could do “because owner wasn’t calling them back”. Such a bad experience! Vacasa was awful to deal with."

We cooked most of our meals on the premises and had everything we needed. We saw in an earlier review that someone thought the house wasn’t lake front, not true! "We ended up in Waterville Valley unexpectedly, but we are so glad we did! The property was exactly as described and very clean. The location was perfect. We were able to bike into town each day and leave our cars parked. Highly recommend!"
