Apartment with a View

Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, second floor, with gorgeous views! Full kitchen, stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Propane grill, firepit, and seating area on the deck.

Located in a unique, historical, building with a small event area on the opposite end. Private entrance and parking spaces.

Only 15 minutes to the Village of Hamilton and Colgate University and the Village of Clinton and Hamilton College. A short 25-minute drive to Utica University and Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute. About 30 minutes to SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

If your adventure is taking you to Cooperstown, we're about 50 minutes away and you will enjoy the scenic drive!

Dinner Reservations available during event season (May 22 through October 18th) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.

No parties (unless booked through the event center). No pets (due to other guests that may be on the property and owner allergies). No smoking.

*Note: Bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking if you prefer not to use the tap/well water.

Loved this "Apartment with a view." It had everything I needed. Volleyball at Colgate precluded enjoying the deck, but the view from the seating area was magnificent. Would have loved to take advantage of dinner at the Manor. Next time. Very comfortable, nice and quiet.

Came from Seattle to move my daughter in at college. It was so convenient and private and the host is amazing. It is not only beautiful, but peaceful and very well appointed. I cannot wait to book another stay!

This is a beautiful property! Enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view. Used the grill to cook a steak and the sat around the gas fire pit for some stargazing. Nocole provided bottled drinking water, there was a fan in the closet and extra toiletries had we forgot anything. Everything was clean and comfortable and we completely enjoyed our stay and will hopefully make this our annual place to stay when we visit the area. Thank You Nicole!

A great spot in central NY
Perfect for one or two people. Kitchen is very modern with lots of light coming in. The place includes the option of making a pot of brewed coffee or individual cups of coffee with the supplied Keurig pods. There is also a large deck area with a gas grill. If you get sick of cooking, you can check out the Tyler Manor restaurant or have a cocktail in the bar.
