"It's a great little country pub. The welcome was warm, and the breakfast was very good. My room was ok (room 5 first floor), the ensuite is small (a larger person would not fit). The bed was creaky and uncomfortable and the noise from the bar is very loud."

"Fantastic service by all the team for our family stay over Christmas. A family member was unfortunately taken ill and the team looked after us extremely well - more than we expected them too. Rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Couldn’t recommend more highly."

"Very comfortable. Radiator not working but portable heater provided that heated up room very well on a very cold night. No toilet roll (easy oversight) but nicked roll from adjacent room! Breakfast outstanding! Great place for breaking long journey!"
