"Pleasantly surprised with the overall conditions of the hotel. The rooms (had two) were very clean and updated nicely. Staff was pleasant to interact with. Coffee was hot in the lobby. Breakfast choices were limited, but great to be offered anything at all. Would stay here again if visiting the area."

"Close to interstate but not so close that there's noise from traffic. Facility is very clean including parking lot. Employees working during our stay were very respectful and accommodating. We mentioned we were there for our sons tournament in Rio the following day and without missing a beat they show interest like you're family. Whether they really did care or not it's a simple thing they did that stands out for customer service and helping people feel comfortable and seen instead of just another guest staying there. They showed us on their outlay of the hotel and which exit doors are closest to our room for best parking so we're not left crossing our fingers that we parked close enough. Not alot of hotels do this. While we dont mind extra walking it was again a very nice small attention to detail for their guests."

"This hotel is the most beautiful combination of historic meets modern art, the walls, white, the floors a slate concreet which is brilliant for boots/tracking. I not once saw tracks....ever. The staff really cares about "their" hotel and it shows. In talking to one staff member ( I ask a lot of questions when my expectations are exceeded) I complimented the hotel and he stopped, thanked me and continued to state it is the best one by far to work for. They enjoy and take pride in what they do. This is all you need to know, rest assured from top to bottom, every detail has been thoroughly thought through and executed for your comfort. Ha "rest assured" pun not intended but funny"
