"I had read a few negative reviews about the Ibis Styles after booking, so I was apprehensive, but my experience was brilliant! The check in process was quick, even though there were 6 couples ahead of me, the staff were helpful and friendly and communal areas were clean. There are no signs for the lifts/elevators but the staff pointed out their location. The room was also clean, tidy and spacious, especially the bathroom.
