"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment in the Carriage House. It was exactly as pictured and listed. Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The close proximity to Kroger (grocery store) and Mate Factor coffee shop were extra convenience bonuses. We were able to walk all over Historic Savannah from this comfy hub and relax for quiet evenings. I also enjoyed soaking up some sun in the quaint courtyard. "This studio was great for being within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach! If you are looking for a place to relax in between all your Tybee activities this is a great spot. The porch is the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day at the beach!"

"Very comfortable stay for a girls weekend. Cozy cabin vibe with nearly everything you need. Plenty of mirrors, but could use some hooks on wall near door, a couple of chairs, and a box of Kleenex. Great location near Forsyth Square. The free Dot bus and the Downtowner app(functions like Uber- but free!) are amazing!! Would stay here again!"

"Stayed in the carriage house for a few days. Within walking distance to great places to eat (Taco Affair is fantastic) and historic sites. About a mile walk to river district with several shopping and dinning options. DOT (free shuttle) stop located just a few steps from the rental. TV selection is limited, did not have smart TVs so we couldn't login to our personal subscriptions. Upstairs bed is extremely firm, we used the sofa bed downstairs. House was clean, towels and linens were provided....

"Loved our stay for the St Patrick's Day Events. Spent four nights and found the apartment to be very comfortable and in a great spot. Easy walking to everything we needed to see. Nice little balcony to sit and enjoy the sun. We got stuck inside because of a rain storm for part of the day and enjoyed the comfy chairs with our books. "

"I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind. I would have gone to a quiet beach if I was concerned about noise. The level of security was great! You needed a code to enter the building and another code once you entered the elevator in order for it to go up to the floor of the hotel rooms. "Having never been to Hilton Head before I was very impressed with the Beach House. I'm glad we stayed a few weekdays as it's a much calmer place than on the weekends. The live music is great. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful. The direct access to the beach was just what we wanted."
