"We spent 3 nights here during Fall Festival. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was perfect - a short walk to a couple restaurants but not in the middle of all the Sister Bay festival traffic. Although we've been coming to Door for many years - Darla gave us some helpful advice on when to avoid the major crowds over the Festival weekend. "The cabin was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. We brought our meals and the cabin had all the supplies we needed. We forgot plastic wrap and left over containers though, that would have been nice to have. The cabin was plenty warm for October and next time we’ll use the outside fire pit! We felt so at home and the view is gorgeous! We loved watching the sunsets over the water each night. Brad and Amy are wonderful hosts and so helpful with suggestions on where to visit. "This is our second time staying at the Scandinavian. First time was in 2023. Last year we stayed at the Newport. Huge mistake and absolutely terrible experience. We came back to the Scandinavian and so glad we did! Front desk staff are so pleasant and helpful. Our room (209) was wonderful! A huge wrap around balcony, beds are SOOO comfortable and it’s just so cozy! We ended up adding one more night to our trip because of bad weather. (Snow storm and a 5 hour drive home- nope!!)
