"Hotels.com completely dropped the ball on this one. The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. "My family had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. The convenience of being right across the street from my mom made it so easy to be together without having to drive a long distance. The cottage was clean and cozy and everyone felt right at home. They did not want for anything except for personal preferences. I highly recommend this property for anyone planning an extended vacation to Pensacola or even for a short few days. Staying in a hotel will be a thing of the past for all of us....
