"Upon entering the property, we found a cigarette but, dead roach and popcorn on the floor by the trash can at the front door. White substance on pillow cases in middle bedroom and food under the couch. We stripped the beds and washed the linens. While washing, both bathrooms backed up and started flooding. We contacted the host and advised her of the problem. We cleaned up the floors with the supplied towels. Host advised she would get a plumber assp. None ever came. She stated she was sorry,...

"The house was exactly as described! Kaycee, our host, was super helpful and provided great info. We especially loved the spacious backyard for our two Corgis—they had a blast running around! The furnishings were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up a meal. Plus, the location was perfect—close to shopping, beaches, and downtown Pensacola. Big shoutout to Jaco's Bayfront Bar & Grille—Waterfront! Definitely recommend it. I would stay in this house again."
