"The stay was good overall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel would have received and Excellent rating accept for the fact that our room was not serviced the second day and that is a pet peeve of mine. Apparently quite of few other guests had the same issue. I notified both the night shift as well as the day shift. All they could offer was and apology but no explanation other than they may have been short staffed. "

"The employees were very friendly and on top of things. They had a little bit of an issue with the keycards but it was fixed quickly. The parking lot is a nightmare and you may end up parking at one of the adjacent hotels because they are practically built on top of each other. There is a Texas Roadhouse directly behind the building and other restaurants in walking distance. It's a good area but very busy. Would stay again "
