"Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only negative was Hotels.com let me down on notifying the Hilton of my reservation. There was no way to track down my reservation given the confirmation number I was provided via email. Hotels.com phone numbers desk staff called were not very helpful. After forty stressful minutes, desk staff were able to book a room for me (at a lower price) with the assurance I would not also be charged for my original reservation thru Hotels.com. Hilton’s service was wonderful!"
