"The house was good but the cleaner's could of cleaned it better before we came, since the owner pays them to do a good job. Personal I would cut the shubs out near the front door and maybe some trees down due to all the leaves around on the deck in case of fires or maybe cover the deck as you couldn't sit out side. Given the area and lots of trees around, the whole property (inside & out) could have done with removing of cobwebs and what lay in them. Otherwise, a great place to stay with friends and family."

BUT...... 0nline listing, it looks far newer than actuality, and No Mention that NO LINEN is supplied, (we purchased linen from opp-shop, the lady says it happens regularly) I located something about "bring own linen" in the 4th email and after doing a thorough search and clicking into a further web page!!!! Although in a position overlooking beach, the property is on a bend making reversing out a 3-4 point...

"This property was well sized for a family of five. With a large wrap around balcony and modern kitchen. Property needs some maintenance though - carpets had stains, the property smelt of dust and some fixtures were broken."

"The bootmakers cottage is beautiful and we loved the old world charm of this house! The house was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely made use of the outdoor bathtub which was perfect treat on the cooler nights to unwind and relax after touring the area, The outdoor spaces were lovely but were a little untidy and to be honest, I'm not sure who would use the outdoor bathroom as it is very 'rustic'.
