"A delightful cozy cottage in a small village. Everything was immaculate and well thought out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the view of horses grazing in the field behind. There is a pub just up the lane where we enjoyed a pint or two. Excellent accommodation on all levels!!"

"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...

"The cottage was a good experience for us. Walkable to several pubs and a store. We stayed for two weeks and found it comfortable and cozy. Great service from property manager, helpful and friendly. Parking on the lane in front of the cottage is FCFS, so we occasionally couldn't get a spot. But there is free on-street parking close by so was never an issue."

"Stayed here for Christmas at this beautiful cottage. From the time of booking, Merrick was a pleasure to deal with. He even arranged for the fire to be lit for when we got there! Upon arrival the cottage was so appealing and absolutely immaculate. It was everything that we had hoped for. It had everything that you could need and all of it was of the highest quality. Thank you so much and we would love to return as we all had a really special time"
