"Upon arrival I was pleased with my room size. I did notice a strong odor that at first I thought was the floor wax (nice floors) but it was room deodorizer that was way too strong - I prefer a clean small. Nice small pool. Parking is street parking for the property. An ill place shelf blocks the curtains from being fully closed. Food from on site cafe was very good. "

Not only were the views incredible; the room super romantic (with a very cool outdoor tropical shower); and the location perfect for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Mossman Gorge, and the Daintree Rainforest; Andre (the host) was so warm and welcoming that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. "Property was very cosy and in a nice quiet area close by a bus stop but even just walking around was fine as well. Bronwyn and Howie were lovely hosts. I would stay again if I ever travel up to Cairns in the future."

"We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips. "1人部屋に2泊しましたが、毎朝5:30くらいに外の木の鳥が鳴き続けるのでよく寝れませんでした。 部屋の窓がお風呂などにあるルーバー窓なので密閉されないので騒音がひどいです。 また冬は隙間風がかなり入るので寒いです。 ただし、その他は快適でキッチンも広く、スタッフの人が気さくで親切だったのでよかったです。 騒音がきにならない人は、安くて過ごしやすいところだと思います。 ロケーションはとてもいいです。"
