"Some 5 minutes drive from the historical park, this place is in a scenic location in the middle of nowhere. The wooden bungalows are basic but clean and pretty well equipped, including air conditioning, (Thai only) TV, and decent internet connectivity. The owners speak very little english, but they are lovely! Drinking water and a nice breakfast are included for free, even if that wasn't mentioned when I booked, so it came as a pleasant surprise. "Very pretty hotel - it has these charming long wooden doors all over that give it a palace feel 😍 . Service here was excellent and the staff often went out of their way to make sure we knew about places nearby and things to do. It is also near a GREAT massage spot (Siri). They have bicycle rentals for free. Our room had a mostly-dead cockroach greet us in the bathroom the moment we entered. Thankfully we never saw another one though! "I have traveled to Sukhothai more than a dozen times over the decades. This time we chose to stay at Sukhothai Garden because of the great reviews. They are spot on. Sukhothai Garden is a lovely, family owned place near the main museum and a very short walk from the Historical Park entrance. Simple, clean rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast foods. Water and some fruit available throughout the day. Free bicycles to use around Sukhothai. Joy (the receptionist) and small staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every need that we had. Great value for the price. We were here in the middle of the cool season, so I don’t know how the facilities and AC hold up to hot and rainy season conditions. But this short, two day stay with friends visiting from the United States was magical."

"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help. The property is located not far from the Sukhothai historical park, and has free bikes for use. There are tuktuks and golf cart rentals with free pickup. The rooms are very clean and the gardens are tranquil and beautiful. But most of all, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!"
