From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted."
