However, as is common with many hotels, there were times when it took a while for the elevator to arrive, depending on the time of day, so it’s best to plan with some extra time. (That said, I would prefer staying on a higher floor and waiting for the elevator rather than being on a lower floor and unable to board due to overcrowding.)"

"I have stayed here before. Yes, rooms are small but it is cheap, clean and very conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay. You have shopping, dining and the MTR on your doorstep. Safe. Staff are pleasant and friendly. WIFI worked well. Hot shower and air conditioning. Hong Kong is not cheap. There is a lot to do. I was hardly at the hotel. All I wanted was a convenient, clean and safe centrally located hotel with friendly staff. I could come back each night, shower, sleep and get up the next morning and go out again. The small negative are the disposable towels which were not great. Other than that, I would recommend. "
