"Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area. And its a stones throw away from the MTR. The hotel has a gym and its great for my purposes. Free weights and running machines. "Cleanliness is ok but the condition of some room facilities needs constant inspection. Situation: my daughter was trapped in the shower room because the rubber seal on the glass door is in poor state causing it to jam so tightly that it is not able to open . Fortunately, l was able to hear her call for help and had to call service manager to get maintenance crew to force open the door. A very embarrassing situation."
