As we were driving to the property, we were contacted by the property manager (Caloundra Holiday Rentals) who advised us the cleaner reported the house "smelled bad". They offered to reimburse us for any cleaning products we might need!! We did try to clean the property: 5 of us spent 3 hours cleaning on Boxing Day.
