"The property was in a good location and did have everything within local reach i.e. tavern, shops and a short drive to the railway station.Cleanliness wasn't what I would expect for a holiday house, the towels supplied for the ensuite were very stained and old, there was linen in the linen cupboard but it was all shoved in like you might so in your own home and the gardens were very overgrown, not like in the photos depicted on your website. There was no BBQ as shown in photos, no bedside tables...

"Good location in close proximity to shops and beach the neighbourhood was a little shabby. Guests to supply all linen yet we weren’t told it was king singles and king bed so linen didn’t fit. Lots of green ant nests in the back yard the kids got a lot of bites so lots of tears playing outside. Overall nice old house just a few little things"

"It was a lovely, clean and private cabin with a new aircon. It's conveniently located. The only problem was that the place had a lot of kind of weird medium sized cockroaches. We killed about 6 adults and about 20 tiny ones. I wouldn't stay again unless this issue is dealt with. I meant to mention it at the end of the trip but forgot. "

"We had a fantastic time, perfect for 4 adults and kids, lots of space and the pool was a hit for our 6, 10 & 12 year old. The trolley was very helpful getting to the beach every day. Dicky beach is beautiful with a nice small row of shops nearby. Everything was perfect other than the beds weren't made even though linen is provided and no hand soap provided. The keys to the house are in Caloundra which wasn't ideal either. Otherwise I would have given all 5 stars.. thanks for a fantastic stay "
