"Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. The oven had no shelves for us to cook and only 1 hob worked. We decided to leave within 3 hours of being there once we found alternative arrangement. The owner refused to refund our 3 night stay aswell deeming it...

"I booked this for our family for a surprise for my husbands 60th. We had a long weekend and it was close by for us but what an amazing place. Thoroughly enjoyed by all we had a great time and would certainly go back - also had a private chef for one day which finished the weekend off"

"We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."

"What can i say It was cleanish but in very poor repair. We ran out of gas on the second day and contacted the owner who was less than helpful. We ended up without gas for 48 hours was abused by the owner who told us off for using too much gas. We had 4 showers and cooked 2 pizza. We had to leave a day early due to this. We had to spend extra money on eating our. Would not recommend at all it is not a holiday home it is a caravan."

"I stayed here with my friend for a couple of days. The house was nicely situated for exploring Suffolk. The inside of the house was great, with a lovely big kitchen that was modern and well equipped with all the facilities you should need. The bathroom was lovely with a fabulous shower, and both bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the outside was a little tired and needed a bit of a spruce-up. "The cottage was lovely and had it's own parking space which was handy. It was a bit chilly when we got there but we just upped the thermostat and it was very warm within about 10 minutes. Great location in easy walking distance to Aldi and an M&S food and restaurants. The owner left some basic food including some UHT milk. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is the shower - which seemed to go from boiling hot to freezing cold and back again, so I had a bath instead!"
