"We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. The listing needs to be clear about where it is as we couldn't find it at night and had to call the host. Also the sprinklers are a real nuisance in the morning. You can't get around them. "This place was clean, bright and modern. Owner was very responsive. Our family was from Canada so i felt nervous about scams. But owner put me at ease with all info and very responsive to my questions. The place is close to Disney snd close to stores, starbucks etc. The vrbo had air conditioning and was only missing a few items in kitchen that we easily picked up at Dollar store. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...
