"The hotel was good. The only negative is that the two lifts are very slow. Breakfast had a range of hot and cold choices, plus juices and hot drinks. The area around the hotel is a bit dingy, but it is directly across the road from a number of metro, bus and tram lines and the Eurostar terminal. The Sunday market (also across the road) is great for fresh food bargains."

"Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit. "
