The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. "Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Sicht auf die Berge, nur einige Treppen von den Skipisten entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos, sehr wertvoll auch der Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist für unseren 1,9m großen Sohn etwas klein gewesen. Insgesamt sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter."

The pictures are accurate, the house is immaculate, it's quiet and near lots of hiking trails (from easy to long and difficult), and the owner communicates promptly and is a warm, super friendly host.
